Saaf (the "App") is operated by Run It Back LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Saaf, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Saaf provides personalized skincare ingredient analysis based on a profile you provide. Safety scores, match scores, and ingredient flags (including allergen and retinoid-compatibility flags) are educational and informational only — they are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical concerns.
You create an account by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You may not (a) reverse-engineer the App, (b) attempt to extract our ingredient or product database in bulk, (c) use the App to harass or harm others, or (d) interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Product information is sourced from public and third-party databases and, in some cases, AI. We do not guarantee that ingredient lists or scores are complete, accurate, or current. Always verify by reading the product packaging before purchase or use.
Saaf does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the App is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
The App, its content, and its design are owned by Run It Back LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run It Back LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Run It Back LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
